Every Nomad data plan purchase earns 25 points per $5 spent, and you redeem them at 100 points per $1 off a future plan on the app or website. Points expire after 6 months, so they reward regular travelers rather than one-off trips. Nomad separates installation from activation. You can install the eSIM days before your trip — via one-tap install in the app or by scanning the QR code from your email — and the plan's validity only begins once the eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination. You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If the eSIM was never installed or activated, it may be fully refunded after support verifies it; after activation, only a partial refund for unused data is considered, and only when a network or technical failure can be verified.
